Booking and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required when booking online. Please be aware that this payment is non-refundable, however, it can be transferred to a new appointment time if you reschedule with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions, including both initial consultations and follow-up appointments.
Medicare Rebates
If you're eligible for a Medicare rebate, it will be issued once we’ve received both your referral and a current Mental Health Care Plan.
These documents can be uploaded during your client intake process, or your GP can fax them directly to (02) 7234 7509.
Please note:
If you choose to bring your referral to your first session rather than submitting it in advance, your Medicare rebate may be significantly delayed. To ensure timely processing, we strongly recommend submitting your documents prior to your appointment.
